When deleting emails form your webmail, you will need to make sure you clear your trash folder. When you delete emails from your inbox or other folders, they are not actually deleted, they are moved to the Trash folder. To delete them completely (allowing you to free up disk space) you will need to delete them from your Trash folder. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Once you are logged into your webmail and have entered the RoundCube interface, select the mail you want to delete. You can select multiple emails by holding down the 'Shift' key and clicking each one. If you want to clear an entire folder, press 'Select' from the bottom of the interface and choose 'All'. Then press 'Delete':
Step 2: Go to your Trash folder, choose 'Select' then 'All' and press 'Delete'. This will remove the mail completely.
TIP: To clear the most space efficiently, you'll want to delete the largest messages. You can organise your mail so that the largest messages appear at the top. Do this by pressing the "Size" column twice, pressing it once will arrange them by smallest to largest, pressing it again will arrange them by largest to smallest, displaying the largest at the top. Once you're done, hit the "Date" column to organise your mail by the latest messages first. Example below:
